Speaking of what goes on in the locker room, remember this New Yorker cover from May 2015?

I originally wrote about it here. The cover shows lots of male candidates getting ready in a locker room and Hillary Clinton looking in from the other side of the door. Donald Trump is not in the picture at all, but it would be Donald Trump who, weeks before the election, would get in trouble for something he and his supporters would try to pass off as "locker room talk."

And in the Trump movie, Hillary walks in the locker room and surprises everyone by standing next to Scott Walker at a urinal and pees standing up.

You say he got in trouble weeks before the election. I say your timing is off. My cousin, a missionary in Africa, announced last night on Facebook that she already voted. She proclaimed quite proudly that she didnt vote for either Trump or Hillary. One vote gone for Trump, since she is normally a Republican voter.

The video was times perfectly. The media is playing us. Days or hours before early voting starts? Damning video of Trump released.

At the end of your presidency?

Damning video of Obama release.

How silly of Trump supporters not to notice that in the Pussy Nation "locker room talk" has disappeared down the same hole as "campus free speech," "the lady's room," "manliness" and other outmoded concepts.

Similarly, "pussy grabbing" has displaced "Russian saber rattling," "government corruption," "the economy," "Obamacare" and other unimportant matter as election issues.

So, if a woman admires a male's butt and says something to the effect of "I'd like to grab that." Is that not the same thing as what Trump said? Is the issue here what he said or that he used the word "Pussy."

(As an aside, I recently read an article by a male stripper, who often accompanies female strippers to act as a bouncer. He said that most bachelorette parties are far raunchier than bachelor parties and that women says things that shock even him.)

It's been pussy, pussy, pussy since Saturday. We're going on five six days now. And its the women in the media that can't stop talking about pussy. Even our esteemed blog host, pretending to be above it all. Anderson Cooper can't stop, and he doesn't even like pussy.

According to the Podesta leaks there is constant worry among Hillary’s campaign minions about Slick Willie’s present day fucking around. I don’t think he’s ready for a nursing home just yet. He looks old but he looks healthy. And how healthy do you have to be to grab yourself some good old political groupie pussy?

I see it the other way around: Hillary’s health problems incapacitates her and Slick Willie once again takes over the reins of government for a 3rd term and maybe a 4th, if Hillary can last that long. Bill and Hillary are a political team. They don’t have a marriage relationship and haven’t for years – they have a political relationship.

Has anyone yet disputed the point that Donald is making? That if a male has sufficient resources or a female has sufficient sexual attractiveness then they are likely to get away with behavior with the opposite sex that others cannot? And I'm not talking about criminal behavior, either. He is saying it crudely, but I see no criminal intent or action. Lore, and anecdotal evidence, says that a young attractive female is more likely to get off with a warning from a male authority figure than a young pimply male. Isn't this because her beauty allows her to metaphorically grab the male figure 'by the balls' or by 'the little head'? Isn't that kind of language viewed as perfectly acceptable? At the end this is just a partisan attack. It was vulgar, but it was a private conversation. All words and no action. Indeed, Trump is admitting failure. He says she turned him down, and he then desisted. No rape, no sexual assault. He made a pass, and she deflected it. No harm, no foul. From the timing, it is highly likely that Trump was single. It is unclear whether he knew when he made the pass that she was married.
Conversely, for Hillary, it is not only private words, but criminal public actions. Hillary essentially had Qaddafi assassinated and then laughed about it in public, not in private. Is this the person you want as President, because that is what we're going to get?

Actually it's Hillary that needs to stay with pussy. In the real world the FBI agents and lawyers that worked on the investigation unanimously stated they recommended indictment but the powers above them at the FBI and the DoJ overruled the recommendation. We are way beyond Watergate in criminality and this looks that it goes all the way to Obama. Second time Hillary has escaped an indictment. She has friends in all the right places.

Of course not, past Presidents, especially if they were Democrats, were protected by the MSM. Still are if you haven’t noticed. Everyone in the media knew that JFK was fucking everything in skirts. I believe some females in the media even allowed him to grab their journalistic pussies whenever he wanted to. Even Jackie, his spouse, knew, but nary a whisper about it from the MSM. All the Kennedy boys were womanizers of the first order, trading Marilyn Monroe among each other like a common whore.

Now use your imagination real hard. Try to imagine the Kennedy boys talking about having their cocks sucked by the clinically depressed and highly neurotic Marilyn Monroe. Do you believe they used euphemisms? You think they talked about having their penises sucked? Are they using “intercourse” for “fucking?” Do you imagine them saying “vagina” when they mean “pussy?” See how that works?

Oh well. Idiots make idiotic decisions on idiotic grounds because that is their nature, to be idiots. They run away from numbers and facts, or use them only to get into rationalization games. Or make decisions on matters suitable to the gossip columns.

All engineers, I teach my students, are like the Greek Princess Cassandra (that gets a laugh). Cursed to foretell disaster, and be ignored. When disaster comes, inevitably, then we get to get things working as they should have been.

Anyway, here is what happens when you get a government pushing an energy policy of the sort that is being forced on the US, state by state, by the Federal government. As it happens this is Canada, Ontario, which under a succession of Liberal governments (US - Democrats - equivalent, Justin Trudeau's gang) put in its conception of renewable energy power generation system. The system itself has kindly recorded the annual progress of what it charges the public -

http://www.ontarioenergyboard.ca/OEB/Consumers/Electricity/Electricity+Prices/Historical+Electricity+Prices

Short answer - so far they have managed to about double rates across the board, especially if you weight by usage of the various categories. Electric pricing can be as complicated to figure as cellphone plans, but this is clear enough.

And note -
https://www.cns-snc.ca/media/ontarioelectricity/ontarioelectricity.html

With all that they have managed to switch only under 25% of their generation to "renewables". Figure out for yourselves how expensive that was. Whenever they have to replace that nuclear power plant (they will), or put more investment in those dams - well, disastrous is not too extreme a term. This is not a recoverable failure.

This is what they, the Federal government will do to you. Thats what the DOE and EPA and Elon Musk are about. Nothing else.

And this is just on one fairly minor thing. Its like this across ALL things, all costs, all factors of production.

This is as clear and explicit an example as I can find, a pocketbook way, to point out that the system, Leviathan, is out to suck your blood and eliminate as much of the real economy as it can, in a frenzy of annihilation. In simple ways as this or much messier ones, like healthcare and pensions or employment laws. Simple and complete, that is it, all of it. There is nothing else.

Pulling some data from back issues of the DOE monthly pub in my files -
Let us take, for instance, the Case of California. California has gone fully into the desired policy regime.

Average price of electricity Cents/kwh - Residential customers, January

2004 - 10.18
2008 - 12.43
2012 - 14.77
2016 - 18.49

Remember, this is during a period of, it is alleged, zero inflation. The implied inflation here is, I figure, about 5.1%
This is NOT in the news.
This is the cost mainly of government policy.
The little secret is that these costs are up across the US, if one bothers to do a year-on-year series, about 2.3% annually. There is no reason for these cost increases, cost of fuel and etc. being stable, as well as all factors of production and in spite of constant increases in efficiency. These prices should have been dropping.

The tape we now have is just locker room talk but Anderson Cooper asked a set of questions at the last debate that made it plain to me that they have something more on Trump.

But they won't have more on Trump than people already know about Bill Clinton while he was President. And Clinton is regarded as a successful President especially by the Democrats and media now piling on Trump. Furthermore Clinton is still behaving as he did when he was President and those who want favors from Hillary have to go through Bill. Bringing with them a sacrificial woman "lobbyist" to throw in with the money. And the media knows that is so and will not cover it. The only way we really get a picture of how Bill Clinton acts is to see and hear what the media digs up on Trump and then say - that's the Clinton reality which the media is hiding for the Democrats.

There are only two candidates and neither always treats women as we should be treated. So it's a wash.

Meanwhile, Hillary plans to destroy fracking which had lead to cheap energy in the US and round the world. Cheap energy could help revive manufacturing here. Better jobs for all. But she doesn't care.

Russia is forcing NATO to back down. Hillary doesn't care.

You will never be able to explain in the future as you live with the consequences of ignoring Russia, China, energy, why sex tapes meant so much and American weakness as increased by Corrupt Hillary meant so little.

So far, nothing here about Hillary's emails showing how she & Obama supported ISIS.

Eric and Leigh:

Holy shit! I thought you were kidding but it is actually a video of Obama displaying a boner to some females on an airplane. Hey, from the looks of it Obama has a pretty big dick. Somebody better warn Remorse. The shock of it … would lose a lot of sleep … probably would not have voted for Obama if Remorse had just known how vulgar Obama was.

I wonder how our hostess feels about it. Would she have voted for Obama if she had seen this video? I mean … it doesn’t look like Obama asked the females’ permission before he cocked this leg up so they could see his boner better. Could this be evidence of … sex crime?

Curious that a week later the evening news is still frantically trumpeting this even though the polls show Hillary walking away with the election. I don't doubt that the polls are legit, within their own parameters, but the Democrats certainly aren't acting like Hillary has this in the bag.

They already have and I’m sure there’s more to come. They MUST destroy Trump – the stakes are high.

I already predicted this. Here’s some more predictions:

There will be no disinterested neutral witnesses; it’ll be all “he said/she said” stuff.

Their friends and relatives will of course back up anything they claim, although they will have not actually witnessed anything.

The women will become the darlings of the media – wined and dined and otherwise having their egos stroked. Gloria Allred will probably snag a couple of them.

There will be no record of a complaint or accusation lodged when the transgression was supposed to have occurred. These stories will always be after the supposed fact.

The stakes are $Trillions. All that $ depends on government policy.

Thats where your democracy went.

Here’s my theory:

Hillary’s internal polling is showing a defeat for her. And the MSM radar is picking this up as a huge blip in the shape of a portly man in impeccably tailored suits.

The trouble with the public polls may be that they seem to use the previous election’s voting patterns as a basis with which to design the polls. For instance, Hillary cannot hope to match Obama’s black vote demographic, to illustrate just one difference between the last Obama campaign and the election coming up. And they are having trouble with the Bernie kids being mad at Hillary.

And then there’s those Trump supporters who have not voted recently. The public polls never reach them and in fact can not reach them because of the way public polls have to be designed.

And there’s the Trump supporters who will vote for Trump but will deny it because they fear disapproval.

And then there’s the obvious enthusiasm gap that heavily favors Trump. They know from the primaries that Trump can turn out the votes and had set voter turnout records while doing so. They see the huge Trump rallies. They see the poor turnout Hillary has in her rare public gatherings.

It all adds up to a Trump victory and it’s driving them nuts.

I recognize this scenario happening in America - this is the same thing that happened to the Catholic Church in the Sixties. It seemed strong and vibrant - seminaries were filled, parochial schools taught students well. Then suddenly in connection with Vatican II challenges surfaced and the churches and seminaries emptied. It was incomprehensible to me at the time. The biggest problem of all in my present view was that the people at the top were hacks and yes men. They believed but they had never been challenged. So when challenges came they didn't grapple with them, they denied their existence. It wasn't in them to take on something big.
And that is my opinion about America right now. We are seriously being challenged and we think that we can elect a Tammany Hall type politician as we have done many times in the past. This is now. We can't sit around thrashing out our personal issues among ourselves. We got the East Europeans to give up the nuclear deterrent in exchange for Russia moving its missiles. Now Russia has moved them back and we are doing nothing - not even wringing our hands. That's just an example. One reason why these candidates are so unideal is that our whole common discourse isn't dealing with new realities. Trump is talking about the trade realities but there should be hundreds like him, not just one. And fleeing Republicans - they are fleeing any talk about current realities. It's too hard for them when the media won't do it because they too are mostly yes men and hacks. Witness the eager embrace of the strategy of dumping the values voters and then the repudiation of a somewhat-value free candidate (on behalf of a totally corrupt candidate,) This irrational behavior indicates hacks trying to deal with a dangerous, changing reality. Not bad, just not up to it. Well, the Church spent a long time in the wilderness but it was always sheltered by American power as true reform went on within. America will be protected by? the Clinton machine? Sorry, that's just for winning elections and distributing spoils.

Hi wildswan,
Its to your credit that you charitably give the benefit of the doubt.

Unfortunately, I think thats an error. Its not a question of the leadership being incapable, though some of their minions are unimpressive, but simply that they have divergent interests. Whats good for them isnt good for us, and vice versa. This was not so when our economic interests used to coincide, when prosperity meant wealth across the board, more or less, but thats no longer true.

Not only aren't people angels, but at that level and at those stakes, our little concerns and welfare simply dont figure. We are at best interesting statistics, irrelevant, or an annoyance.
