"Vito."

A documentary about Vito Russo, which you can pre-order or watch — as I just did — on HBO (on Demand). Very nicely done, though much of it is about Russo's wonderful movie "Celluloid Closet," which has been around for more than a decade.

Well, you can't get more cliched than a gay, politically motivated film-maker who died of AIDS.

When am I going to get a documentary about guys like me who are stereotyped in movies? Exactly what group isn't a stereotype in the movies, or any media for that matter.

Yes, you CAN get more cliched - small minded bigots who spend their time circle jerking with fellow small minded idiots on blogs like this.
