Oops!

No sooner do I knock the NYT than I see I'm in it!

Then I guess you have your answer to the concern about the NYT becoming less substantial.

Every once in a while even the NYT can get something right.

Were there any cute pics of the Chipper...what did the "fat radio comedian" have to say??

Narcissism gone wild.

I find it fascinating to read the NYT. The news articles in the middle tend to me informative, but the overall slant pushes hard to the left. And of course the front page is the talking points of Pinch & Co. And the OpEds are more of "why won't the righties just give up when they are just so WRONG?"

David Brooks today just floored Gail Collins when he wasn't predictable. (Except in the sense that he is predictably a moderate Democrat wearing a nice pink or purple shirt.)

Indeed. The pointer to a nameless Althouse is tucked at the end of Gail Collins's column.

I read the dead tree edition as my way of hastening the death of the old-growth forests. Apres moi, le deluge.

LOL...It looks like my desire for Jeremy to exhibit more creativity in his comments is finally starting to happen!

Could this special message to Ann be an early attempt to emulate one of "the Chipster's" Pop-up Surprises?

Open this message/card and what stand's out???
An abundance of ME!!

What a surprise!

I continue to be amazed at the way sub-conscious thoughts assert themselves when given opportunity.

The Ann Althouse effect will help increase their more intelligent readership and keep them interested while the Agenda News has only been boring them. First rule of being interesting is that fantasy stories are always boring, but any truth based story is riveting and catches people at a deepest level. Nice work Professor.
