"It's amazing, Molly. The love inside, you take it with you. See ya."

A line from "Ghost."

He seemed like a truly nice guy, certainly a class above someone like Kanye West

Hey, it was revealed just a few hours ago that President Obama called Kanye a "Jackass" for the VMA interuption of Taylor Swift

Gee - do you think the President called him that because Kanye is black?

Beyonce however gave Taylor time

Patrick Swayze - Gentleman

Beyonce - All class

Kanye West - All ass

Sad.

Patrick was a bit rough, but what a great dancer.

He will be missed.

I would not wish to rejoice in the death of someone like Patrick. He had amazing talent and used it in a variety of ways, some good, some dreadful.

So please, can the dancing on the grave.

Awww, so sad. Nobody puts baby in a corner! I mean, I know he's been sick for a while now so hopefully he's at peace.

He was great as the creepy inspirational speaker in "Donnie Darko".

He had a lot of positive energy and was fun to watch in films. I thought he fought the pancreatic cancer valiantly too. He was a good guy.

Swayze seemed to be a fine man and he was an actor that could actually play a real man in his roles. I wonder how many other happily married couples in love, like that clip with Demi, have been put into Hollywood movies over the last 30 years. It is very sad that Patrick was murdered by cancer at such a young age.

Fun to watch in films. One of the best roles was "Bodie" in the movie "Point Break". Surfer god, living large, livin' on the edge with a code of honor - and doing a bank robbery to fuel his adventurous life that goes bad and requires that "Bodie must be taken down".
Like the cops letting him to go out and meet a giant wave he knew and they knew would kill him in "point Break"...Swayze faced death and used those final moments to show his bravery and will..even though the outcome was almost certain.

Very sad.

I LOVED Dirty Dancing. The man was smokin' back in the day. It would be hard to find someone better at dance foreplay, except perhaps for some obscure tango dancer out there.

Looks like Saint Peter'll have a little help taking out the trash now that God just hired the best damn cooler in the business.

I never had a bad time watching a Patrick Swayze movie, and he was excellent in The Beast. I rarely feel bad when celebrities die, but strangely, I actually am bummed by his death.

Rest in peace, Patrick.

I never much cared for "Ghost." I liked him better in "Dirty Dancing" and "Roadhouse."

I loved him best in those TV commercials he did for Timex wristwatches.

They were great!

Sad now.

Swayze was married to the same woman since 1975. For that reason alone, I rate him as being several cuts above the rest of the Hollywood "disposable marriage" crowd.

RIP, Patrick. You will be missed.

(I don't believe WilmingtonNC is a real person)

I want you to be nice until it's time to not be nice.

Good advice.

Swayze is one of those names that sounds best when spoken by the monster-truck announcer guy, as in: "SWAYZE, LIKE YOU'VE NEVER SEEN HIM BEFORE".

For that, I've always thought well of him. And he lived up to the foregoing name/sound/thing in Roadhouse, which was good enough for me.

RIP
